What are the connection costs both Local and Interstate ?
As you are using the Internet to connect to the Backup Network, the connection costs are the same locally as they are interstate. Your encrypted Backup Data is stored on a RAID Storage System at a world class data centre, Comindico, in Sydney. The building in which it is located is a security building and conforms to the highest standard in data warehousing. The RAID storage system is a redundant backup system in itself, additionally the RAID system is also backed up to DAT Tape.

Who can access my Backup Data ?
Your data is protected in a number of different ways. Firstly the compressed and encrypted format in which the data is stored makes it totally un-readable, secondly to access and restore this data you must enter a unique ACCOUNT CODE and PASSWORD. Without the correct User Account Code and Password it is impossible to access or restore any data from your Backup Account.
