The idrive Client software
enables you to easily backup and restore your data to a secure
and offsite backup server, hosted by Fujitsu,
a world class data centre located in Ryde, about 30 kms north
of Sydney.. A "Getting Started Wizard" is provided to walk any
first-time user through the process of flawlessly configuring
an automatic backup of your data.
idrive is an effective
tool for backing up your data by providing a totally invisible
mode of operation that silently backs up data at scheduled intervals
without interrupting your daily work...keeping assets protected
and users productive.
The client software has a familiar interface which makes it
easy to use for all skill levels. The Event Manager will alert
you in the event of a failed or missed backup, so "no news is
good news!" If the Event Manager notifies you of a failed or
missed backup, it only takes one click of the mouse to get your
data backed up.
